Erica handles real estate conveyancing, land use, contractual, corporate, and other legal matters for the Greenfield Trusts. Erica previously served as assistant general counsel to Meditrust, a healthcare REIT, where she negotiated and supervised mortgage and sale/leaseback financing transactions, litigation and securities regulation matters, corporate debt and equity offerings, and corporate issues. Erica earned her BA, magna cum laude and with departmental honors, from Brown University and her JD from Boston College Law School.
