Richard Elliott

Director of Construction Services

Richard oversees design and construction for the Greenfield Multistate Trust and serves as project manager for the Multistate Trust Superfund Sites in Navassa, North Carolina, and Mobile, Alabama. Richard’s 30-plus years of project management experience and executive positions in the oil and gas industry have taken him all over the world. He has received exceptional contribution awards from BP, ARCO, and Exxon. Richard earned his BS in engineering from California State University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
