Richard Elliott

Director of Construction Services

Richard oversees design and construction for the Multistate Trust and serves as project director for the Multistate Trust Owned Service Stations and Non-Owned Service Stations portfolio. Richard’s 30-plus years of project management experience and executive positions in the oil and gas industry have taken him all over the world. He has received exceptional contribution awards from BP, ARCO, and Exxon. Richard earned his BS in engineering from California State University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
