Josh Patterson

Program Director

Josh directs remediation and redevelopment of the Multistate Trust site in Mobile, Alabama, bringing over 20 years of industry experience to Greenfield. He previously served as contaminated lands program manager at Kleinfelder and managed multimillion-dollar cleanups across a portfolio of sites throughout the U.S. while in regulatory affairs and remediation management roles at Rayonier Advanced Materials. Josh earned his BS in marine biology and MBA in environmental business management from Florida Atlantic University.
