Kipp develops and implements plans and strategies to address environmental obligations at the Multistate Trust’s portfolio of former service station sites across the country. During his time at Greenfield, Kipp established and managed investigations and cleanup of hundreds of Owned Service Stations (OSSs) and launched work on the Non-Owned Service Stations (NOSSs). Previously, Kipp was an environmental manager with UNOCAL and ConocoPhillips, where he managed environmental liabilities for over 20 years. He holds a BSME from Washington State University.
