Laura Rowley

SEnior Attorney and Site Attorney

Laura serves as site attorney for the Penobscot Remediation and Project Trusts and various Multistate Trust sites. She brings an in-depth knowledge of environmental laws and about 25 years of legal experience to Greenfield, including 19 years in the Environment and Natural Resources Division at the US Department of Justice. Laura has negotiated dozens of consent decree settlements that have secured cleaner air, water, and land, as well as hundreds of millions of dollars in cost recovery and penalties for the benefit of the United States. Laura earned her BA from Bates College and JD from the Boston College School of Law.
