Terry Biere

Project manager

Terry is responsible for managing the Multistate Trust Superfund site in Soda Springs, Idaho. A licensed professional engineer, Terry brings 9 years of experience managing the operation and cleanup of mining sites in Idaho, Nevada, Montana, and British Columbia. She previously worked as a project manager and senior engineer for Pioneer Technical Services, Inc. and Enviromin, Inc., where she led technical and regulatory compliance programs, and assembled and managed multidisciplinary teams on the cleanup of Superfund, RCRA, and active industrial sites. Terry earned her BS and MS in environmental engineering from Montana Tech of the University of Montana.
