Three-Time Phoenix Award Winner

Greenfield has earned three Phoenix Awards for excellence in brownfields redevelopment—the highest such honor in the practice of brownfields redevelopment.

In 2000, we received recognition for our accomplishments at the Industri-plex Site in Woburn, Massachusetts. See the Phoenix Award on display at the Anderson Regional Transportation Center in Woburn.

In 2005, we were recognized for our work at the Mountain Pine Pressure Treating Site in Plainview, Arkansas.

In 2025, we earned a Phoenix Award for our work on the transformation of the former ASARCO smelter site in East Helena, Montana, and most of the 2,000 surrounding acres. See our press release.
